The high-end industrial real estate project Industrial Centre Yen Phong 2C (Industrial Centre YP2C) by investor GELEX Corporation and Frasers Property Vietnam is located in Yen Phong II-C Industrial Park, Dong Tien Commune, Yen Phong District, Bac Ninh Province. The project is designed and built with high-end ready-built workshops, integrated warehouses, including 3-in-1 ready-built workshops with exhibition area, office space and production area. Each ready-built workshop has an area of ​​1,500 – 2,500m2, premium ready-built workshops have an area of ​​2,700 – 3,200m2 and integrated ready-built warehouses have an area of ​​6,000m2. In addition, the project also reserves an area of ​​7,000m2 for relaxation and entertainment spaces to provide the best experience for tenants.
The project is designed to comply with the criteria of LEED certification (top international standards for energy and environmental design) in applying sustainable construction criteria and technology features to support increasing work efficiency and tenant welfare; including the application of environmentally friendly construction materials, maximizing natural light for efficient energy use, and helping to increase usage time and reduce impact on the surrounding environment.
Expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2024, the Industrial Centre YP2C project will provide high-end ready-built workshops, integrated ready-built warehouses with flexible designs, ready to meet the specific needs of each customer.
The project marks the beginning of the cooperation between GELEX Corporation and Frasers Property Vietnam, a member of Frasers Property Group – a multinational corporation specializing in owning, operating and developing products and services in the real estate sector, headquartered in Singapore, expected to bring new heights to industrial parks in the key economic region of northern Vietnam.
