Dong Nai launches 30-day campaign to accelerate compensation and land clearance for key projects
On the afternoon of April 26, the Dong Nai Provincial People’s Committee held a conference to launch a 30-day and night campaign to carry out compensation and land clearance for key projects in the locality.
Vo Tan Duc, Acting Chairman of the Dong Nai Provincial People’s Committee, said that in February 2024, Dong Nai Province welcomed Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh to visit and inspect the progress of key national projects in the locality.

The motto is to “only discuss work, not retreat”; “eat quickly, sleep in a hurry”; ‘construct in 3 shifts, 4 teams’, ‘work through holidays, Tet, and days off” to ensure the progress and quality of the works. The Prime Minister set the deadline for handing over the entire Bien Hoa – Vung Tau Expressway Project before June 30.
Recently, in mid-April 2024, Nguyen Hong Linh, Secretary of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee, directed the launching of a commitment to carry out compensation and land clearance for 3 key projects for 30 days and nights, including: Bien Hoa – Vung Tau Expressway Project, Ven Song Cai River Road Project, and Bien Hoa City Center Road Project.

At the conference, representatives of the units signed an emulation agreement to implement the 30-day and night campaign to carry out compensation and land clearance for key projects in the province.
The 30-day and night implementation period is from April 26 to May 26.
For the Bien Hoa – Vung Tau Expressway Project, the compensation plan, land acquisition, and handover of the site to the investor must be approved before June 30.
For the Ven Song Cai River Road Project, urgently complete the review of land, houses, and works on land of 82 files; publicly post 661 files; approve the compensation plan, support the relocation of 661 tombs; and advocate for the handover of the site for the construction of 3 bridge piers.
For the Bien Hoa City Center Road Project, urgently clear the site to secure the area on both sides of the bridgehead for the construction unit to build Thong Nhat Bridge; and clear the site of 4 households at the bridgehead on the side of Thong Nhat Ward to make way for the construction of the bridge.
