In early March, Optimism Foundation announced that it had sold about 19.5 million OP, worth around $90 million.
Commenting on a16z’s latest crypto investment, a source said: “Optimism has done quite well. They are still doing airdrops.”
Despite the general downturn, OP, which is up 13% over the past 24 hours, continues to trade at $2.64, as of the time of writing.
