General Secretary and President To Lam requested that the Politburo focus on resolving the group of projects to be submitted to the 10th Plenum and the following Central Party Committee plenums; the group of projects that need to be focused on to create momentum for economic and social development and improve the people’s lives; promptly remove difficulties and obstacles for localities and businesses; ensure political and social stability, and create excitement among the people in labor, production, and life.
