The report states that the total approved planning land area of the project is nearly 176.1 hectares, of which, the Haiphong People’s Committee has handed over nearly 171.6 hectares so far. The current construction and completion of items show that the high-rise building complex, consisting of four buildings with a maximum height of 20 floors on a total area of nearly 7 hectares, has not yet been constructed. Additionally, 51 hotels with heights ranging from 8 to 15 floors on an area of more than 22.3 hectares remain unbuilt.
In the low-rise residential area, 496 villas with a maximum height of four floors on a land area of more than 15.2 hectares have not been constructed. For the 339 semi-detached villas with a maximum height of four floors on a land area of 6.8 hectares, 150 units have been completed, including 99 units in the BT4.1, BT4.2, BT4.3, and BT4.4 lots, and 51 units in the SL01 to SL04 lots. The 471 townhouses with a maximum height of four floors on an area of nearly 5.4 hectares have also not been built yet.
In terms of mixed-use developments, 241 villas with a maximum height of four floors on an area of 5.9 hectares have not been constructed.
The educational facilities include one school and one kindergarten, while the commercial facilities comprise a commercial center with a maximum height of eight floors on an area of more than 2 hectares, and six commercial buildings with a maximum height of four floors on an area of 4.4 hectares. The service infrastructure includes 20 service buildings with a maximum height of eight floors on an area of nearly 8 hectares, but the three parking lots and three internal boat docks have not been constructed yet.
The project’s land leveling work has been completed on the handed-over area of 171.6 hectares, accounting for 97.4% of the total planned project area. The transportation system is 93% complete, the water supply system is 30% complete, the electrical system is 25% complete, the telecommunications infrastructure is 10% complete, the fire protection system is 20% complete, and nine urban bridges have been constructed.
