On August 10, at a meeting in Ho Chi Minh City, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh instructed the cities of Ho Chi Minh, Binh Duong, Tay Ninh, and Binh Phuoc to expedite the necessary procedures for the construction of four key highways: Ho Chi Minh City-Moc Bai, Chon Thanh-Gia Nghia, Ho Chi Minh City-Thu Dau Mot-Chon Thanh. The goal is to commence construction on these vital routes by April 30, 2025, a significant milestone in Vietnam's infrastructure development.

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh has instructed ministries, sectors, and localities assigned as principals to expedite the completion of their research on regional and inter-regional projects. Ho Chi Minh City and the provinces of Binh Duong, Tay Ninh, and Binh Phuoc are urged to swiftly finalize the necessary procedures for the highways connecting Ho Chi Minh City to Moc Bai, Chon Thanh to Gia Nghia, and Ho Chi Minh City to Thu Dau Mot to Chon Thanh. Efforts are directed towards commencing construction on these projects by April 30, 2025.
