The occasion also marked the signing of cooperation agreements with leading domestic and international consulting, design, construction, and operation firms.

By December 19th, the 11-trillion-VND Huu Nghi - Chi Lang Expressway will open, providing a rapid route to the international border gate. Spanning nearly 60 kilometers, 2,800 personnel and 1,230 pieces of equipment are working around the clock in three shifts and four teams to meet this goal.
