The bank accepts online applications for positions that do not require experience until March 29, 2024. For positions that require experience, Vietcombank accepts applications until December 31, 2024, or until sufficient recruitment is achieved.

Vietcombank only accepts applications from graduates of regular/associated degree programs (excluding distance learning, in-service, 2nd degree, and dual studying) of universities as specified by Vietcombank. Master’s degree or above is only a preferred criterion. Candidates can only apply for 01 position at one branch in the centralized recruitment (in case candidates apply for 02 positions at the same time, Vietcombank has the right to exclude candidate profiles from this recruitment session).

For positions that do not require experience, the bank is currently recruiting 65 customer specialist positions, 21 accounting/transaction officers, 1 personnel for treasury, and 1 personnel for IT. For positions that require experience, the bank has a total of 18 positions for customer specialists and 5 positions for accounting/transaction officers.

Vietcombank is one of the largest-scale personnel recruiting banks from the beginning of the year until now. Previously, the bank had 2 centralized recruitment sessions: the first session had 29 positions and the second session had 75 positions.
