On the evening of April 18th, the official Facebook page of Nha Nam announced the decision of the company’s board of directors to temporarily suspend the position of General Director of Mr. Nguyen Nhat Anh.
Along with that, Nha Nam announced the appointment of Mr. Duong Thanh Hoai – Deputy General Director to take responsibility for handling issues related to Nha Nam Company from now on.
Nha Nam’s General Director Nguyen Nhat Anh
According to research, Nha Nam Culture and Communication Joint Stock Company was founded in January 2005. According to the amended business license recorded in October 2015, Mr. Nguyen Nhat Anh (born in 1973) has assumed the role of General Director and legal representative of the company from that time until now.
By August 2018, Nha Nam increased its charter capital from nearly 3.9 billion VND to 13 billion VND. The shareholder structure consists of Mr. Nguyen Nhat Anh owning the majority of 57.19% of the capital, Mr. Duong Thanh Hoai owning 10.08%, Mr. Trinh Van Co owning 7.18%, and Mr. Vu Hoang Giang owning 6.5%.
On the website, Nha Nam introduced that in 2018, Mr. Étienne Rolland-Piègue – Counselor for Cooperation and Cultural Affairs of the French Embassy in Vietnam, awarded the Chevalier (Knight) of the Order of Arts and Letters to Mr. Nguyen Nhat Anh – General Director of Nha Nam.
In addition to Nha Nam, Mr. Nhat Anh is also the General Director, legal representative, and founding shareholder of Dooho Moc Chau Agricultural JSC. The company was established in March 2023 and is headquartered in Áng Village, Dong Sang Commune, Moc Chau District, Son La Province.
This company’s main business line is wholesale of agricultural and forestry products (excluding wood, bamboo, rattan) and live animals. Charter capital is 1 billion VND, in which Mr. Nhat Anh owns 51%, Mr. Bui Ke Nghiep owns 24.5%, and Ms. Pham Thi Thu Van owns 24.5%.
