Personalize the user experience on the NCB iziMobile app

In the past, alongside its strong and comprehensive transformation, NCB has also upgraded its digital banking app, NCB iziMobile, for individual customers. The new version features a scientific interface and superior functions based on user transaction habits. Many utilities on NCB iziMobile have impressed customers, such as automatic bill payment, a unique share receipt feature for shop owners, cash withdrawal without a physical card, and the ability to open new debit and credit virtual cards in just one minute. Online shopping is also made possible immediately after successful card activation…

NCB continuously upgrades NCB iziMobile, focusing on a seamless experience and personalized capabilities to meet user needs

The trend towards personalization is also evident in the account nickname feature that NCB has recently introduced. This feature allows users to have an easy-to-remember and unique bank account with a nickname instead of a traditional account number when transacting through digital banking channels.

For small business owners, the nickname account not only saves time and avoids mistakes during transactions but also naturally and amicably creates a brand impression. For office workers, students, and teenagers, setting an account nickname is a way to make a statement and express their individuality, bringing a wave of freshness and novelty to financial transactions.

In addition to increasing interactivity in customer experiences, NCB also focuses on building a synchronized digital ecosystem, connecting and integrating advanced technology to enhance customer service quality. At the same time, the bank offers diverse privileges that bring practical value and meet customers’ growing needs for cashless payments.

In the first five months of 2024, the number of customers using the NCB iziMobile digital banking app increased by over 80% compared to the same period last year. Meanwhile, the number of new activations increased by 135% compared to 2023. Transactions made through the app are guaranteed to be accurate, safe, secure, and processed swiftly.

Design specialized credit packages with preferential interest rates

NCB not only elevates the customer experience and meets daily needs but also accompanies customers on their journey to realizing more substantial goals through flexible credit products that match each customer segment’s borrowing requirements.

A typical example is the super-preferential interest rate package for purchasing, constructing, or renovating real estate, specially designed by NCB to help young families achieve their dream of owning a home or improving their living space at a softer cost.

With this loan package, NCB supports customers in purchasing, constructing, or renovating real estate in the short term with an interest rate of 4.99%/year for the first three months. For longer-term loans, customers only need to pay an interest rate of 7.49%/year for the first 24 months. The program is effective from June 1, 2024, until further notice.

In addition, NCB also provides effective capital solutions exclusively for small business owners and traders.

NCB’s credit packages are tailored to each customer group

Specifically, from June 1, 2024, customers borrowing capital for business start-ups and development at NCB will enjoy an interest rate of only 5.99%/year. With a grace period of up to five months, quick approval procedures, and a policy of free early repayment for loans settled before the due date for less than 30 days, this credit package helps individuals and businesses reduce short-term costs. This enables them to build more efficient business plans and accelerate during the peak months of the year.

From providing customizable products to specialized credit packages, NCB demonstrates its unwavering efforts in its comprehensive innovation journey. The bank is committed to enhancing its competitiveness and addressing market and user needs and trends. Moving forward, NCB will continue to offer personalized products and services based on a deep understanding of its customers, ensuring that each customer experience delivers tailored and refined value.

By the end of this year, NCB plans to launch a mixed-asset management solution for the first time in the Vietnamese market, providing customers with opportunities to diversify their assets, enjoy superior digital experiences, and access outstanding financial benefits.
