HDBank and GS 25 Vietnam Co., Ltd. have signed a cooperation agreement on a financing program for investors acquiring the GS25 convenience store franchise nationwide.
Through this partnership, HDBank has crafted a tailored financing package for investors interested in the GS25 convenience store franchise, offering a range of benefits.
The bank will provide financing of up to VND 1.6 billion per store for newly established enterprises, covering 100% of the goods deposit fee. The financing rate can go as high as 95% of the value of the secured asset, with a financing period of up to 5 years. Notably, participants in this program will enjoy an interest rate that is 1% lower than HDBank’s regular lending rate.
In addition to financing for new store investments, HDBank also offers refinancing for older stores that investors may have previously self-funded. This empowers investors to strategically utilize the loan to further expand their portfolio with new stores.
This is the only comprehensive financial solution in the market, offering an array of advantages and superior financial privileges to newly established businesses.
HDBank is currently focusing on growing its retail customer base, particularly targeting supermarket and convenience store chains. The bank offers preferential pricing and specialized products and services for this sector, such as cashless payment solutions, supply chain financing, cash collection services, and franchise financing. These tailored solutions aim to comprehensively meet the unique needs of customers in this industry.
