Today (July 17), the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Khánh Hòa Province announced that it is in the process of selecting units to re-evaluate land prices for projects in the province, following the approval and amendment of the land pricing plan by the provincial People’s Committee.

According to the department, several projects have undergone detailed 1/500 planning adjustments but have not recalculated land prices. Other cases include land lease projects where contracts have been signed but prices have not been updated, or the lease format has changed. Additionally, some projects require price reassessment due to errors in the land allocation process, while others have been identified by authorities as having violations.
