Authorities conducted a surprise inspection of N.L. store on Ky Dong street, Thanh Khe Dong ward, Thanh Khe district, Da Nang city. The inspection team found the store selling various types of cakes and candies.
Da Nang’s Department of Market Management has seized 1,800 mooncakes of Chinese origin
The inspection revealed that the store was owned by Mr. V.C.T. At the time of the inspection, the authorities discovered that the N.L. business was selling nearly 1,800 mooncakes of different types, including Bibizan cheese mooncakes, Bibizan salted egg yolk mooncakes, Bibizan flowing egg yolk mooncakes, and Chaosan Snack mooncakes, all of which were of Chinese origin.
These products are imported and circulating in the Vietnamese market, but the store could not provide legal invoices or documents.
The authorities confiscated the entire batch of goods to prevent administrative violations and to impose fines according to legal regulations.
