The Cat Khanh Urban Area Project, located in the Cat Khanh Seafood Processing Industrial Cluster, boasts a total investment of over VND 1.996 trillion, including VND 93 billion for compensation, support, and resettlement. Situated in De Gi Commune, Gia Lai Province, this development promises to be a significant addition to the region.
The project encompasses the construction of 981 terraced houses and 139 villas, accommodating a population of 4,032 residents. It also integrates commercial services to ensure a comprehensive technical and social infrastructure system. The development includes parks, green spaces, and commercial facilities, creating a harmonious and modern urban environment.
Spanning six years, the project is scheduled to commence in Q2 2025 and conclude in Q2 2031, with a 50-year operational lifespan.

The project is a joint venture between Nam Mekong Group (Mekong Group, HNX: VC3) and MekongHomes JSC. Established in 2022 with a charter capital of VND 300 billion, MekongHomes is owned by VC3 (40%), Ms. Truong Thi Huong Thao (20%), Mr. Doan Xuan Huy (20%), and Mr. Dinh Van Hiep, CEO (20%). As of June 2025, VC3 retains a 30% stake in MekongHomes.
Earlier this year, VC3 was granted permission by the People’s Committee of Binh Duong Province to acquire a portion of the New Binh Duong Urban Area Project (Zone 1) from Becamex Group (HOSE: BCM), valued at over VND 515 billion. Known commercially as The Charms Binh Duong, the project had incurred nearly VND 476 billion in unfinished production costs by June 2025, with VC3 owing BCM over VND 315 billion.
