Hanoi People’s Committee Chairman Vu Dai Thang has signed and issued Plan No. 03-KH/BCĐ, outlining the 2025-2026 tasks for the Steering Committee responsible for reviewing and developing the 100-year vision Master Plan for the Capital.

It also seeks to enhance coordination among Party agencies, government bodies, the Vietnam Fatherland Front, and mass organizations, fostering unity in awareness and action across the entire political system.
The plan adheres to the principle of “clarity in personnel, tasks, timelines, responsibilities, authority, and outcomes,” explicitly defining the accountability of leaders for assigned tasks. It ensures feasibility, consistency, and a strong connection between the Party’s leadership and the management and administration of authorities at all levels.
