The Ministry of Finance has just released a report on the disbursement of public investment capital in the first two months of the year, showing remarkable progress. Both the total disbursement capital and the disbursement rate are higher compared to the same period last year.

The Ministry of Finance stated that the reason is that many ministries and localities are planning to allocate capital for new projects but have not completed the investment procedures.
