Expected auction of around 500 land plots for the upcoming Beltway 4 project

Mr. Dinh Ngoc Thuc, Director of the Land Development Center of Me Linh District (Hanoi), revealed that in 2024, the district plans to auction approximately 500 land parcels.

The district of Me Linh has approved the plan and organized the payment for compensation and support for clearance of the Belt Road 4 project (photo for illustration).

The auctioned land plots are all planned in beautiful locations, anticipating the Belt Road 4 project. From the auction revenues of land use rights, the district will focus on investing in infrastructure for economic and social development, in order to meet the criteria for becoming a district after 2025 and a city directly under the Capital after 2030.

From February 27th to March 13th, the Center, in coordination with the Vietnam Auction Joint Stock Company, will conduct the auction and receive applications for auctioning land use rights for 19 land parcels in Chu Tran village, Tien Thinh commune, Me Linh district, Hanoi.

The auctioned land parcels have areas ranging from 90.7 square meters to 101.1 square meters, with starting prices ranging from 23.2 million VND/m2 to 30 million VND/m2. The auction is scheduled to take place on March 16th.

Prior to this, in December 2023 and the end of January 2024, Me Linh district successfully held an auction for 93 land parcels in Chu Tran village, Tien Thinh commune. The total revenue collected was over 280 billion VND. With the auction method of each land parcel through one round of secret ballots (one round of bidding), the 93 land parcels have areas ranging from 83.7m2 to 297.1m2, with starting prices ranging from 20.4 million VND/m2 to 31.9 million VND/m2, and the highest winning price of 56.1 million VND/m2 and the lowest of 20.6 million VND/m2.
