We have previously developed the project in the direction of classical architecture or emphasizing personal value. Therefore, we have decided to innovate the project in this sustainable direction.

There are many factors to conclude whether the price is high or low, appropriate or inappropriate. Specifically, important factors such as location, internal project utility planning, surrounding utility and infrastructure … Sometimes, it even includes rare and scarce product factors.

With the characteristics I have shared above, along with the modern lifestyle of today “Living in the city, living in the suburbs”, we believe that the current price is very reasonable. The real estate market in 2023 has also shown that apartments priced below 2 billion VND in many districts and suburbs of Ho Chi Minh City are almost non-existent. But with a price starting from 2.1 billion VND, customers can already own a “Resort Living” apartment at Khai Hoan Prime. Especially, you only need to pay 20% equivalent to 420 million VND until receiving the handover of the apartment.

“Timelessness” is probably the most accurate keyword when I, you, or anyone out there talks about the green living trend. Building a green living environment is an excellent choice for living space, for living environment, even if society becomes more and more advanced, health is still the most important thing. “Having health means having everything”, health is the foundation for bringing happiness and prosperity to every individual.
