After the completion of the related items and the assurance of the safe operation conditions of the road, the project enterprises will report to the Provincial People’s Committee of Lao Cai province (through the Department of Transport) to continue toll collection as prescribed.
The construction contractor focuses on completing package XL08 on schedule, in accordance with the project contract and the signed appendices. The construction process must ensure safety and not affect the normal operation and implementation of the project as approved.
