According to Da Nang Police, the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department has conducted inspections of establishments under their jurisdiction. These inspections revealed numerous severe violations of fire safety regulations, leading to enforcement actions. As of now, 100 establishments, facilities, and projects remain non-compliant and have not resumed operations.

Among the notable violators is the Sapphire Plaza building, owned by Hai Hanh Trading and Service Joint Stock Company, located at 203 Ong Ich Khiem, Da Nang. The violation involves operating the facility without obtaining the required fire safety approval from the competent police authority.
Other establishments sharing the same violation include Cho Lon 3 Electronics and Furniture Supermarket, a branch of Cao Phong Co., Ltd. in Da Nang (273 Nguyen Tri Phuong); floors 8 and 9 of A25 Hotel (137 Nguyen Du); floor 8 of Dong Duong Hotel, owned by Hoang Long Yen Joint Stock Company (62 Thai Phien); and La Belle Vie Hotel, owned by PHN Pearl Joint Stock Company (2 Cao Xuan Duc).
Additionally, several hotels were found non-compliant with fire safety regulations, including SunFlower Hotel (An Hai Ward), Sen Vang Hotel (173 Ho Nghinh), floors 11 and 12 of LEHOUSE Hotel (85, 87 Ha Bong Street), floors 8, 9, 10, and the rooftop of Kay Hotel (375 Tran Hung Dao), and floors 22 and 23 of Muong Thanh Luxury Song Han Hotel, a branch of Hong Lam Construction and Trading Joint Stock Company (115 Nguyen Van Linh).
Floors 2 to 5 of Muong Thanh Apartment, owned by Dien Bien Province’s Private Construction Enterprise No. 1 (51 Tran Bach Dang), were also cited for violations.
In the karaoke sector, floors 4, 5, and 7 of Hai Long Minh Karaoke (158 Nguyen Chi Thanh) were found in severe violation of fire safety regulations, despite written notices from authorities to rectify the issues.
Other non-compliant karaoke establishments include Vang Trang Karaoke (288 Kinh Duong Vuong), Hot Boy Karaoke (339 Tran Cao Van), Paradise Karaoke (569 Nguyen Tat Thanh), Chan May Karaoke (lot D2-06, 07 Tran Thanh Tong), New Century Karaoke (Ngo Van So Street), and the Diamond Hotel-Karaoke Complex (130 Nguyen Van Thoai).
Based on government decrees and to enhance compliance with fire safety laws, Da Nang Police have requested relevant agencies to publicly disclose establishments with severe violations that have been suspended or ceased operations.
