On December 5th, the house mistakenly built by Mr. Do Van Huu (43 years old) on the land of Mrs. Tran Thi Kim Loan in Thien Huong Ward (Hai Phong City) was relocated by the “Miracle Workers” team to the correct plot of land purchased by Mr. Huu’s family.
“Miracle Worker” Hoang Dinh Bach shared that the most time-consuming part of the process was excavating and lifting the two-story house, which took about two weeks. Once lifted, the team proceeded to cut the floor, front yard, and part of the rear to fit the new plot dimensions.
After reinforcing the surrounding soil, the team used winches, wooden planks, and steel pipes to support and move the house.
The team faced significant challenges due to the weak soil conditions, with machinery and winches frequently malfunctioning, prolonging the relocation process.
A close-up of the house’s foundation shows wooden planks and steel pipes used to support the winch system during the relocation.
Many local residents gathered to witness the “Miracle Workers” team relocating Mr. Huu’s two-story house.
Inside Mr. Huu’s house, the team cut sections of the floor to create space for the relocation process.
Aerial view shows the house now correctly positioned on the purchased plot. However, the “Miracle Workers” team still needs to adjust the corners to align with the plot boundaries and complete the final connections between the house and its foundation in the coming days.
