NCB appoints new Deputy CEO, enhances human resources quality

National Citizen Bank (NCB) has recently announced the appointment of Ms. Vo Thi Thuy Duong as the Deputy General Director and Director of the Human Resources Management Division.

Ms. Vo Thi Thuy Duong was born in 1977, she holds a Master’s degree in International Economic & Trade Law from Hanoi Law University. With nearly 20 years of experience in human resource management, Ms. Duong has held various key positions in large corporations and reputable banks. As the Deputy CEO of Bamboo Airways, Ms. Duong has made positive contributions to building and developing human resources, focusing on improving service quality to meet the high demands of customers.

Ms. Vo Thi Thuy Duong joined NCB in the context of the bank implementing strong transformation steps following the new strategy for the 2024-2028 period and the 2032 vision, aiming for healthy, safe, and transparent development. In 2023, NCB continues to supplement resources, strengthen the management team, and enhance the quality of personnel, demonstrating the bank’s effort and determination to enhance resource capacity to meet the fast and strong development needs in the new phase of NCB.
