Golden Gate inaugurates new factory for producing tofu, ice cream, and dumplings for the Golden Gate restaurant chain.

On February 21, 2024, Golden Gate Corporation officially launched the Golden Gate Foods brand and inaugurated its second food factory in Thach That – Quoc Oai Industrial Zone, Phung Xa Commune, Thach That District, Hanoi.

Golden Gate Foods, formerly known as Tay Ho Vinh Phuc Co., Ltd., was established on October 29, 2004. Since February 2024, Tay Ho Vinh Phuc has changed its name to Golden Gate Foods Co., Ltd., which is owned by Golden Gate Corporation.

Golden Gate Foods owns a chain of production plants and processing centers that distribute food to restaurants within the Golden Gate Group, as well as other fast-moving consumer goods and organizations. In addition, Golden Gate Foods provides services such as warehouse management, R&D, technology transfer, and more.



The first factory is located in An Khanh, covering an area of 3,200 square meters and employing hundreds of staff. Here, the factory processes key products to supply food to the entire Golden Gate Group restaurant chain. The factory has been operational for many years and serves as the Central Kitchen, responsible for meat, seafood, and vegetable processing, as well as producing sauces, fresh noodles, and dumplings. The hot kitchen system is used to process heat-treated products for the restaurant system, internal consumption (staff meals), and retail market.

The second factory, located in Thach That, started operating in January 2024 and was officially inaugurated on February 21, 2024. The factory covers nearly 2 hectares and has 3 production lines: bone broth, ice cream, and dumplings. The designed capacity is 15,000 tons of food per year.

The newly inaugurated factory in Thach That is equipped with a closed, automatic slow-cooking system imported directly from Europe, producing high-quality bone broth and hot pot broth, as well as extracting and preserving 100% natural ingredients.

The ice cream production line uses imported machines and ingredients from Italian manufacturers, along with formulas and advice from Italian experts. The dumpling production line offers a variety of specialties and ingredients such as tofu with cheese, beef, pork, chicken, and seafood.
