Specifically:
(1) Nguyen Van Hau (commonly known as “Hau Phao”), born in 1981, currently residing in Bo De Ward, Long Bien District, Hanoi; occupation: Chairman of the Board of Directors of Phuc Son Corporation;

(2) Nguyen Thi Hang, born in 1977; currently residing in Tam Phuc Commune, Vinh Tuong District, Vinh Phuc; occupation: Deputy General Director of Phuc Son Corporation;
(3) Do Thi Mai, born in 1985; currently residing in Vinh Tuong Town, Vinh Tuong District, Vinh Phuc; occupation: Chief Accountant of Phuc Son Corporation;
(4) Hoang Thi Tuyet Hanh, born in 1987; currently residing in Tam Hong Commune, Yen Lac District, Vinh Phuc; occupation: Accountant of Phuc Son Corporation;
(5) Tran Huu Dinh, born in 1981; currently residing in Tam Phuc Commune, Vinh Tuong District, Vinh Phuc; occupation: Director of Nam A Group Investment Corporation.
(6) Nguyen Hong Son, born in 1995; currently residing in Tam Phuc Commune, Vinh Tuong District, Vinh Phuc; occupation: Freelancer.
The above defendants have been indicted for their acts of forgery, false representation, evasion of accounting books regarding revenue, and related assets… causing serious damage to the State, in violation of Article 221, Section 3 of the 2015 Criminal Code (amended and supplemented in 2017).
After the Supreme People’s Procuracy approves the above-mentioned Decisions and Orders, the Investigation Agency of the Ministry of Public Security has issued and implemented the provisions in accordance with the Criminal Procedure Code.
Currently, Unit C03 is urgently investigating and verifying evidence to clarify the criminal acts of the indicted defendants, acts of related perpetrators, verifying assets for recovery and seizure as prescribed by law.
