The Hanoi People’s Committee has issued a plan to inspect and evaluate investment projects in Hanoi in 2024. The plan aims to organize the inspection and evaluation of investment projects according to the provisions of Government Decree No. 29/2021/ND-CP dated March 26, 2021; Decision No. 08/2022/QD-UBND dated February 10, 2022, and other relevant legal regulations to enhance the effectiveness of investment in the city’s programs and projects and ensure the goals and directions of socio-economic development.

In addition, through the inspection, the aim is to identify existing problems and difficulties in order to find timely solutions, recommend competent authorities to handle the obstacles, and expedite the implementation progress of the programs and projects.

At the same time, the inspection will cover a group of city budget-supported projects in 18 districts and towns, focusing on the implementation of the construction and renovation of public schools to meet national standards, upgrading the healthcare system, and preserving and promoting historical sites from 2022 to 2025.

In addition, the plan also includes 19 non-budget projects to be inspected. These include 5 projects in the commercial and hotel services sector, 7 projects in technical infrastructure, 3 projects in education and training, and 4 projects in urban and housing development.
