Particularly, priority will be given to cooperation in high-tech agriculture, seafood processing, tourism promotion, passenger and cargo transportation, and coordination between the two provinces’ trade and tourism sectors through joint tourism routes and destinations.
Regarding cooperation in training, labor, and human resource development, both sides will facilitate the implementation of cooperation contents by universities and colleges in the two provinces, offer scholarships to students, organize high-quality vocational training, and exchange human resources, initially in the tourism sector.

In terms of communication and promotion activities, Quang Tri and Mukdahan will continue to coordinate and actively participate in each other’s events and those of the provinces along the East-West Economic Corridor. The media agencies of the two provinces should regularly exchange and collaborate to produce video clips, reports, and documentaries introducing the land, people, scenic spots, and historical and cultural relics of each locality.
Mr. Vorayan Bunarat, Governor of Mukdahan, congratulated the Party Committee, authorities, and people of Quang Tri province on their great achievements over the years. He also highly appreciated the cooperation results between the two provinces in the past 19 years and expressed his belief in the continuous development of the special friendly relationship between Quang Tri and Mukdahan in the future.
