The estimated population is about 15,778 people, including 15,290 tourists and about 488 relocated residents.

Overall perspective of the De LaGi project

Compared to the decision No. 492 dated 23/02/2016 of the People’s Committee, in this adjusted plan, the total area of the project remains unchanged but the area of land for residential development has decreased significantly from 84.59ha to 1.67ha; in contrast, the area for high-end resort development has increased from 39.94ha to 100.99ha (occupying 81% of the total area); in addition, there is an addition of 17.66ha of transportation land and 4.21ha of beach and landscape greenery land.

Along with the increase in area, the accommodation scale of the resort will also increase from 5,000 to 15,290 people per day, and the number of rooms will increase from 2,000 to 3,705.

Meanwhile, due to the reduced area, the population scale of the residential area will also decrease from 4,000 to 488 people. It is noteworthy that the residential area is no longer planned for the construction of preschools and schools.
