Not only owing wages, FLC Golf and Resort Co., Ltd. is also slow to pay social insurance for hundreds of workers with an amount of nearly 30 billion VND.
Among them, there are 462 units with debts from 3 months to less than 6 months, with a delay amount of 22.017 billion VND; from 6-12 months, there are 441 units with a delay amount of 35.154 billion VND; and from 12 months or more, there are 510 units with a delay amount of 243.096 billion VND.
In addition, according to the report of the Provincial Social Insurance in Thanh Hoa, there are currently 593 units with difficult slow payments (dissolution, bankruptcy, cessation of production and business operation, owner fleeing, etc.) that have stopped calculating interest with a delay amount of 130.774 billion VND.

Previously, according to information from the Department of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs (LĐ-TB-XH) of Thanh Hoa Province, there are currently 5 enterprises belonging to the type of private enterprises that have not settled wages for 1,375 workers with a wage debt of over 18 billion VND.
According to the list as of February 14, the following units are: Cong Thanh Cement (located in Nghi Son town) has suspended operations since December 2022, with wage debts from August 2022 of 200 workers with an amount of over 2 billion VND.
