Companies to pay dividends in cash for the week of 04-08/03/2024

The two companies with the highest cash dividend payouts for the upcoming week are VDP and DNC, both with a 15% ratio. The ex-dividend date for both is 08/03, with the payment expected on 11/03/2024.
Among them, VDP is the temporary dividend advance for the second quarter of 2023. With an estimated 18.4 million shares outstanding, the company is expected to disburse approximately 28 billion VND. In January, VDP also distributed a temporary dividend advance for the first quarter of 2023 to its shareholders at a ratio of 10% (equivalent to 18.4 billion VND). According to the approved plan from the 2023 Annual General Meeting, the dividend ratio for 2023 is 25% (1 share receives 2,500 VND). Thus, it can be seen that VDP has completed the dividend payment plan for 2023.
DNC is also a temporary dividend advance for the second quarter of 2023. With over 6.4 million shares outstanding, the company is estimated to disburse approximately 9.6 billion VND. Prior to this, the company had already disbursed approximately 6.4 billion VND (equivalent to a 10% ratio) as a temporary dividend advance for the first quarter in September 2023. Therefore, the total dividend ratio for DNC is 25%, fulfilling the approved plan from the 2023 Annual General Meeting (above 20%).
Following that are the dividend payments for 2023 by STC and HBD, both with a ratio of 14%.
Regarding STC, with 5.7 million shares outstanding, the estimated disbursement for this dividend advance is about 8 billion VND. The ex-dividend date is 08/03, and the expected payment date is 05/04/2024.
As for HBD, with 1.9 million shares outstanding, the estimated disbursement is around 2.7 billion VND. The ex-dividend date is 04/03, and the payment is expected on 10/04/2024.
For the upcoming week, only one company will pay dividends in stock, which is IDV, at a ratio of 100:15 (15%, equivalent to receiving 15 new shares for every 100 shares held). IDV plans to issue nearly 4.7 million shares, with a value of around 47 billion VND. After the issuance, the company’s charter capital will increase from nearly 312 billion VND to nearly 359 billion VND.
