Specifically, DOJI has lowered the price of SJC gold by 300,000 VND per tael, now listed at 81.7 – 83.7 million VND/tael compared to this morning. The price of plain gold rings at this establishment has also decreased by 200,000 VND per tael, staying at 75.55 – 77.35 million VND/tael.
Similarly, the price of SJC gold at Bảo Tín Minh Châu has been adjusted down by approximately 300,000 VND per tael, currently at 81.85 – 83.65 million VND/tael. The price of plain gold rings has also dropped by nearly 300,000 VND per tael, now at 75.35 – 77.06 million VND/tael.
Meanwhile, the price of SJC gold at PNJ has decreased to 81.8 – 83.8 million VND/tael, a reduction of 100,000 VND per tael. This business has also lowered the price of plain rings by 300,000 VND per tael, now at 74.8 – 77.7 million VND/tael.
Tiệm vàng Mi Hồng has currently reduced the buying price by 100,000 VND and the selling price by 180,000 VND compared to this morning, currently listed at 82.1 – 83.6 million VND/tael.
On the global market, the price of gold has fluctuated significantly, decreasing by 20 USD/ounce compared to this morning, down to 2,381 USD/ounce.

April 19, 2024 9:00 AM: In Hanoi, the gold price of SJC at Bảo Tín Minh Châu Jewelry has been adjusted up by 200,000 VND per tael compared to the end of yesterday afternoon, now at 82.15 – 83.95 million VND/tael. Compared to yesterday morning, the gold price here has increased by 300,000 VND per tael.
The price of plain gold rings at Bảo Tín Minh Châu is currently listed at 75.63 – 77.33 million VND/tael. Compared to yesterday afternoon, it has increased by 550,000 VND per tael.
At DOJI, the SJC gold price is currently listed at 82 – 84 million VND/tael, no change from yesterday afternoon. Meanwhile, the 9999 round rings at this business have been adjusted up by 600,000 VND in the buying price and 500,000 VND in the selling price, now listed at 75.75 – 77.55 million VND/tael.

Compared to yesterday afternoon, the SJC gold price increased by 100,000 VND per tael for buying and decreased by 120,000 VND per tael for selling.
PNJ, after the break for Ancestor’s Day, has listed the SJC gold price at 81.9 – 83.9 million VND/tael, a decrease of 200,000 VND per tael compared to before the holiday. The price of plain gold rings is 75.1 – 77 million VND/tael, an increase of 300,000 VND per tael.
On the global market, the gold price this morning increased significantly, surpassing 2,400 USD and is currently trading at 2,408 USD/ounce, up more than 30 USD compared to the end of yesterday. Converted according to Vietcombank’s exchange rate, the world gold price is currently equivalent to nearly 73.95 million VND/tael (excluding taxes and fees). This price is still lower than SJC gold in Vietnam by more than 10 million VND per tael.
