GSM recently announced the launch of the Xanh SM Platform, a sharing economy platform specifically designed for VinFast electric cars. Xanh SM Platform is developed by a taxi company owned by billionaire Pham Nhat Vuong, aiming to connect VinFast car owners who want to provide transportation services with customers.
Starting from March 20, 2024, all VinFast electric car owners nationwide can register to become business partners of Xanh SM, including areas where Xanh SM is not directly present. After successful registration, driver partners will receive training on skills, profession, and service standards of Xanh SM to ensure consistent “5-star” service quality between Xanh SM Taxi and Xanh SM Platform.
In addition to immediate access to GSM’s millions of customers, VinFast electric car owners also enjoy superior revenue sharing mechanisms. In particular, by joining Xanh SM Platform in 2024, owners will receive the best revenue sharing rate in the market, up to 80%.
Through Xanh SM Platform, customers can easily book a ride as the fleet expands quickly and covers all provinces and cities with consistent service quality according to Xanh SM standards.
For GSM, Xanh SM Platform is a powerful leverage to exponentially expand the coverage of the pure electric mobility ecosystem nationwide, thus establishing a strong position in the market. This is also a strategic transformation step for GSM to become a leading electric-centric multi-service platform provider in the region.
In addition to the quality shift, GSM also announced global expansion plans to 9 target markets by 2025. In the meantime, GSM is preparing to merge Xanh SM applications in all markets into a single application that applies worldwide.
