Immediately after the Lunar New Year holiday, the construction progress at Nam Long’s projects and townships became bustling again, ensuring to maintain the schedule as committed.

Simultaneously deploying multiple projects

In Ho Chi Minh City, Nam Long is focusing on 2 key projects: Akari City (Binh Tan) and Mizuki Park (Binh Chanh). Both projects are developed by Nam Long in collaboration with two experienced Japanese partners, Hankyu Hanshin Properties and Nishi Nippon Railroad, both having more than 100 years of experience.

With a scale of 8.5ha, Akari City is located on Vo Van Kiet Boulevard. The investor is closely cooperating with contractors and consulting and supervising units to complete the interior of the apartments and the internal utilities of 4 AK7, 8, 9, NEO towers in phase 2, aiming to hand over by the end of this year. Akari City is also one of the bright spots in the real estate market last year, helping Nam Long lead the recovery wave of the market thanks to its reasonable price starting from 45 million/m2 along with its advantages in location and complete utilities.

With 26ha, Mizuki Park is intensifying the development of important utilities to complete the appearance of the urban area. In 2023 alone, in addition to handing over more than 1,200 products from component projects such as Flora Mizuki MP6-7-8, Flora Mizuki MP9-10, Flora Panorama, The Mizuki villas, Nam Long has put into operation many utilities like Marina Square commercial-service area, event park… Many popular brands such as Trung Nguyen, Kingfoodmart, Tib Restaurant, Phin Deli… have also been and are gradually “flooding” into Mizuki Park.

In the integrated urban area of Waterpoint, with a scale of 355ha, Nam Long closely follows the plans of component projects such as The Aqua compound, Park Village compound. 3 blocks of EHome Southgate in phase 3 – affordable apartments located at the gateway of the urban area are also being constructed on schedule. In particular, block A2 has been completely purchased by Khai Sang Group with 197 apartments to be handed over this year to serve as dormitories for students of EMASI Plus School.

With the target of becoming a satellite city serving 30,000 residents and an important cultural, entertainment and sports destination in the area, the investor is pushing for the development of key utilities at Waterpoint, including schools, healthcare facilities, and commercial centers… In particular, EMASI Plus School will start operation in the third quarter of this year, medical clinics, commercial centers… have also begun to be implemented for operation in the near future, meeting the living, studying, working, shopping, and entertainment needs of residents, increasing the value of the urban area.

In addition, projects including Izumi City (the commercial name of Dong Nai Waterfront) on an area of 170ha in Dong Nai, Nam Long Central Lake on an area of 43ha in Can Tho… are being implemented on schedule.

Ready for “launching” new products

Many market research units have shown that Ho Chi Minh City continues to face scarce supply of both apartments and low-rise houses. According to the 4Q/2023 market highlight report of CBRE Vietnam, Ho Chi Minh City recorded a sharp decrease of 54% in the supply of new apartments and a decrease of up to 98% in the supply of new low-rise houses compared to 2022.

In that context, Nam Long is one of the few businesses still ready to “launch” products in various segments, aiming to meet the real housing needs of each customer group, including affordable EHome Southgate apartments priced from 1 billion VND/unit; independent Flora apartments in Akari City phase 2, Flora Panorama (Mizuki Park) priced from 3 billion VND/unit; Grand Villa villas in The Aqua, Park Village (Waterpoint integrated urban area) priced from 12 billion VND/unit…

With affordable housing (NOXH), the company is currently receiving nearly 1,000 purchase applications for NOXH EHomeS Can Tho located in Nam Long Central Lake urban area (43 hectares) and more than 200 rental applications for NOXH EHomeS Nam Sai Gon (Binh Chanh).

It is known that this year, Nam Long will officially launch new subdivisions belonging to Waterpoint and Mizuki Park urban areas, adding new supply to the apartment and villa market. In any segment, Nam Long aims to target end users – those who have real housing needs through reasonable prices and practical policies, accompanying buyers in all market stages.

Aiming at the 3-year strategy of 2024-2026, Nam Long will bring more than 10,000 affordable EHome apartments, reasonably priced Flora apartments and easy-to-own Valora townhouses/villas to the market, suitable for the needs and income of different customer segments in Vietnam. The sales revenue of residential real estate mainly comes from Akari City, Mizuki Park, Waterpoint, Nam Long Central Lake, contributing a large proportion to the total revenue of the corporation.

With nearly 32 years of being strong in the face of many ups and downs in the real estate market, Nam Long possesses a great advantage of extensive experience and the ability to be flexible in adapting on the basis of existing trust from the market, partners, investors, customers, and the community. This is a solid foundation for the enterprise to be ready for the upcoming growth strategy.
