VW Teramont X
The VW Teramont X is scheduled to be launched on March 14th. However, in reality, this model has already been brought to Vietnam for some time. Some units have been delivered early to customers. The price of the car is announced by the dealer to be from 2,168 billion VND.
The Teramont X is similar to the coupe version of the Teramont. This model has 5 seats instead of 7 seats like the regular Teramont.
The Teramont X version sold in Vietnam is equipped with sporty details with glossy black accents. Some outstanding features of the car include matrix LED lights, 19-inch wheels, 12-inch screen behind the steering wheel, 10.25-inch entertainment screen, Harman Kardon sound system, 3-zone automatic air conditioning, panoramic sunroof, heated front seats, massage function, etc.
The car also features advanced driving assistance technologies.
The car is powered by a 2.0L engine with 220 horsepower and 350 Nm of torque, combined with a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission.
Suzuki Jimny
Similar to the Teramont X, the Suzuki Jimny has not been officially launched but has already been delivered. The expected launch date of this model is in April. The dealer has announced a preliminary price of 799 million VND and started taking pre-orders.
The Jimny is a compact SUV with a rugged design but its size is smaller than other competitors in the same segment. The car is equipped with basic features such as a combination meter with a monochrome display, 7-inch center infotainment screen, manual adjustable seats, single-zone automatic air conditioning, etc.
The safety technology is also limited to electronic stability control, anti-lock braking system, hill start assist/hill descent control, etc.
The Jimny’s engine is a 1.5L naturally aspirated with 103 horsepower and 138 Nm of torque, paired with a 4-speed automatic transmission. The highlight of the car is its 4×4 drivetrain.
Toyota Corolla Cross (facelift version)
In April, the Toyota Corolla Cross 2024 is likely to be launched in Vietnam. Many dealers have started accepting deposits and announced that there will be only 2 versions available, which are V and Hybrid.

According to information from the dealer, the 2024 Corolla Cross in Vietnam will have some changes, such as a new style LED headlight, a 3D half-closed grille similar to the Lexus RX, new wheel design, 12.3-inch screen behind the steering wheel, upgraded 10.1-inch center screen, additional electronic parking brake, panoramic sunroof, USB-C port, etc.
The car’s technology features a transparent mode 360-degree camera, adaptive cruise control at all speeds, and front collision sensors.
Ford Everest (Platinum version)
The Ford Everest will soon be supplemented with the Platinum version. This information has been confirmed by Ford Vietnam. The preliminary price announced by the dealer for this version is 1.7 billion VND.

The Platinum version will be the highest variant, replacing the Wildtrak. Compared to the Titanium version, the Platinum version is equipped with more expensive features such as 21-inch wheels, heated integrated seats, front and rear ventilation, Bang & Olufsen 12-speaker sound system, etc.
Haval Jolion
The Jolion will be the second model that Haval brings to Vietnam. According to information from the dealer, the Haval Jolion will be launched around August. The estimated price of the car is 700 million VND.
The Haval Jolion will compete in the same segment as the Mitsubishi Xforce, Hyundai Creta, and Toyota Yaris Cross, although it is slightly bigger than these competitors, similar to the Toyota Corolla Cross.
If the car is brought to Vietnam with the same equipment as in Australia, it promises to be very competitive in terms of convenience. Inside the car, there is a 7-inch screen behind the steering wheel, a 12.3-inch center screen, independent dual-zone air conditioning, rotary gear lever, electronic parking brake, panoramic sunroof, etc.
The Jolion’s technology in Australia also stands out with advanced driving assistance features (ADAS).
The dealer said that there will be 2 engine configurations for the Jolion, including a gasoline engine and a hybrid engine. The gasoline version is a 1.5L turbocharged engine with 147 horsepower and 220 Nm of torque. The hybrid version is a 1.5L engine with 190 horsepower and 375 Nm of torque. Both versions have a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission.
