Two VietinBank products and services (SPDV) were recognized at the Sao Khue Awards in 2024: the Digital Disbursement & Guarantee Product for businesses (DNs) on the VietinBank eFAST platform and the VietinBank iPay Mobile Digital Banking Application.
The online disbursement and guarantee product on VietinBank eFAST has been highly appreciated by business customers due to the convenience and excellent experience it brings to them.
Businesses that have been granted a loan/guarantee limit and already have a digital signature can perform online disbursement and guarantee issuance transactions directly on the VietinBank eFAST digital banking application. Disbursement/guarantee issuance documents are uploaded by businesses on the internet banking system without the need to submit paper copies to the bank. Notably, all documents are stored 100% online, making it easy for customers to search and manage them. Customers are continuously updated on the status of their transactions via the email address they registered with the Bank.
With this feature, businesses can disburse loans/issue guarantees anytime, anywhere, even when the business leaders are away on business trips. The 21st Sao Khue Awards nomination ceremony was officially launched on January 9, 2024, under the patronage of the Ministry of Information and Communications. After nearly 3 months of open submissions, the Sao Khue Awards 2024 received a record of the highest number of nominations ever, with 340 applications. After 3 rounds of preliminary selection, presentations, and final selection, the National Selection Council selected 169 nominations from 117 businesses to receive Sao Khue Awards in 2024.
