ZaloPay’s customer experience enhancement solution was launched in a context where the previous ZaloPay QR Multi-Function code had received positive feedback from businesses and users. Integrated directly on Zalo, the solution provides retailers with specialized customer care options, supporting businesses to automate processing tasks, helping to minimize investment and operating costs, while ensuring the best experience for customers.

Deploying ZaloPay’s enhanced customer experience solution, businesses are provided with tools to build: a membership mechanism that includes benefits for each member rank, an automatic point accumulation system, and automatic distribution of incentive programs to customer files. The solution also allows retailers to manage and analyze their business data to build appropriate after-sales programs to retain customers and help increase sales, while maximizing communication effectiveness through the automatic Zalo message channel (ZMS) for Customers who have registered to follow the brand’s Official Zalo Account.

This solution also helps customers when using any banking application or ZaloPay application to scan and pay via the ZaloPay QR Multi-Function code, all of which are automatically accumulated member points and enjoy incentives from the brand. Thereby, saving time and optimizing processing operations in declaring/logging in personal information: member code, phone number, etc., like most of the current point accumulation processes on the market.

The Pizza Company, one of the leading Pizza brands in Vietnam, is the first partner to collaborate with ZaloPay to deploy the product under the name “The Pizza Company Member”.

The Pizza Company has recognized the importance of integrating online payment methods into business operations. The Pizza Company representative also shared that the cooperation with ZaloPay to deploy the QR Multi-Function code at stores has brought many significant benefits. Notably, it minimizes customer waiting time for payment and saves the restaurant money management work such as: refunding excess to customers, counting and summing up revenue after each shift.

Ms. Le Lan Chi – General Director of ZaloPay said: “We realize that the customer group using banks to pay for retail and FnB services is very large, but with this payment behavior, businesses have no way of finding , verifying information and performing after-sales care. With ZaloPay’s solution, customers only need to register once on the Zalo application, then when paying via ZaloPay QR Multi-Function, the system will automatically accumulate points without having to declare each time of payment”.

To register for membership, The Pizza Company customers do not need to download any additional applications, just open Zalo and follow these steps:

Step 1: Go to the Zalo chat application, type “The Pizza Company Loyalty” in the search bar and click “Follow” the program;

Step 2: Save the bank account number that is frequently used for payment.

After successfully registering, customers make payment via ZaloPay QR Multi-Function code with the saved bank or ZaloPay accounts are automatically accumulated membership points

Also on this occasion, The Pizza Company and ZaloPay are coordinating to bring exclusive privileges: a discount of 100,000 VND for invoices from 200,000 VND when newly registering for the “The Pizza Company Member” program from now until the end of June 2024; receive free pizza gifts during the birthday month for all members; and up to 15% off the total bill with the corresponding membership levels.
