The company recorded a 13% decrease in pre-tax profit compared to 2022, amidst ongoing market challenges.

In the final quarter of 2023, Hòa Bình Construction reported a post-tax profit of over 100 billion VND, breaking the streak of four consecutive quarters of losses. Similarly, Vinaconex, Coteccons, and Hưng Thịnh Incons also reported post-tax profits of 132 billion VND, 69 billion VND, and 33 billion VND respectively.

The amount of debt to be paid has been reduced by more than 5,498 billion VND as the Group has actively settled all borrowings in order to lessen the cost of interest and ensure financial stability for the business.
