The Provincial Asset Auction Service Center of Bac Giang Province, in coordination with the Land Development Center and the Industrial Cluster of Yen Dung District, will organize an auction of the rights to use 50 land lots on the morning of March 3.
The land lots are assets of the People’s Committee of Yen Dung District. The 50 auctioned land lots are located in the technical infrastructure of the new residential area in Tu Mai commune, Yen Dung district.
The total area of the 50 land lots is 7,157.5 m2. The starting price ranges from over 1 billion VND to over 4.2 billion VND per lot. The total starting price of the 50 land lots is over 81.83 billion VND.

Auction documents will be sold from February 16 to 28 at the People’s Committee of Tu Mai commune, the Provincial Asset Auction Service Center of Bac Giang Province, and the Land Development Center and Industrial Cluster of Yen Dung District.
Participants in the auction should submit registration documents from February 16 to 28 at the Provincial Asset Auction Service Center of Bac Giang Province and submit them to the Vietnam Bank for Industry and Trade (VietinBank) Bac Giang Branch – Yen Dung Transaction Office on February 28.
The auction will be conducted through direct voting in one round at the auction and through bidding. The auction will take place in the meeting hall of the People’s Committee of Tu Mai commune, Yen Dung district.
In Lang Giang district, on the morning of March 7, the Provincial Asset Auction Service Center of Bac Giang Province will also organize an auction of the rights to use 116 land lots that are assets of the People’s Committee of Lang Giang district.
The auctioned land lots are located in the central residential area of Tan Hung commune, Lang Giang district.
The sale of auction participation documents will take place from February 16 to March 4 at the People’s Committee of Tan Hung commune, the Land Development Center and the Management Center for Traffic Order, Construction, and Environment of Lang Giang district, and the Provincial Asset Auction Service Center of Bac Giang Province.
The starting price ranges from over 1.4 billion VND to over 3.9 billion VND per lot. Participants in the auction must deposit an amount ranging from 280 million VND to 600 million VND per document/lot.
The auction will be conducted through direct voting in one round at the auction and through bidding. The auction will take place in the meeting hall of the People’s Committee of Lang Giang district.
Similarly, in Hiep Hoa district, the DHL Joint Auction Company will organize an auction of 60 land lots that are assets of the Land Development Center and the Industrial Cluster of Hiep Hoa district on the morning of February 27.
The 60 auctioned land lots are located in Thang town and Quang Minh commune, Hiep Hoa district. The area of the land lots ranges from 100 to 293.7 m2. The unit price ranges from 5.5 to 26.4 million VND/m2, equivalent to a starting price ranging from 550 million VND to over 7.2 billion VND per lot.
The auction will be conducted through direct voting at the auction with one round of bidding, with a bidding increment of 1% of the starting price for each lot. The auction will take place at the Cultural Center of Hiep Hoa district.
