According to Mr. Hoi, the Department of Information and Communications has taken note of and is closely coordinating with relevant agencies to handle the situation in accordance with the legal regulations and procedures.

Mr. Hoi emphasized that social media users also benefit from social media. If each of us shares positive information and acts with humanity on social media, we will receive positive energy from those positive messages and acts.

Conversely, if we share negative information and even offensive remarks on social media, we ourselves will be the ones who are offended and directly affected by those negative actions.

“The online space may be virtual, but the consequences are real. Therefore, each of us needs to behave online in accordance with the legal regulations,” Mr. Hoi emphasized.

The management and law enforcement agencies will resolutely handle cases where social media is exploited to attract followers and public opinion through actions that violate the law.

Prior to this, in an exchange with PLO on the evening of February 20, Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Hoi also stated that the Department of Information and Communications of TP.HCM is coordinating with the Department of Culture and Sports of TP.HCM to inspect and handle the case in accordance with the legal regulations.

In the past few days, social media has been buzzing with the livestreams of Nam Em and Que Van, Nam Em’s boyfriend, exposing the showbiz industry in general and some specific artists.

In particular, Nam Em and Que Van exposed some individuals such as a female celebrity who is a “queen of luxurious items” and has engaged in unimaginable behaviors.

Que Van mentioned a star who acted cold and ungrateful despite having previously collaborated with her; a celebrity couple who appeared unhappy as they demonstrated in front of the media…

Although Que Van and Nam Em did not provide specific evidence, did not mention names directly, and only mentioned identifying characteristics of the individuals involved, such as a female star “Touching someone else’s partner” and a male star wearing a cotton jacket…, their actions still greatly affected the reputation and fame of many artists.

Nam Em also made controversial statements, saying, “Let’s expose the whole showbiz, does anyone not date rich guys? Everyone dates rich guys, it’s just that they haven’t been exposed. Once exposed, no one can stand it. Designer clothes, where did they come from? The showbiz industry doesn’t pay that much for designer clothes.”<

Nam Em’s boyfriend also made shocking remarks when he said that he would “destroy this showbiz industry”. “We want to destroy this showbiz industry. I, alone, can handle the entire showbiz industry in the South… I will ask the Ministry of Culture to crush them” – he said during the livestream.
