In-depth and systematic training program
Designed by top experts from Viettel, the Viettel Digital Talent 2024 training program provides students with the most up-to-date and comprehensive professional knowledge. Students will participate in specialized courses, guided and directed by experts from both domestic and international universities and technology corporations such as Viettel, Google, Shopee, University of Texas Austin, etc.
Precious practical experience
In addition to focusing on theory, Viettel Digital Talent 2024 also emphasizes providing students with practical experience through participating in real projects of Viettel. This is an opportunity for young people to apply their knowledge to practice, solve the latest technology problems, and hone their professional skills. With outstanding ideas, interns have the opportunity to present their ideas to the company’s leadership.
Personal development opportunities and attractive scholarships
By participating in the program, students will have the opportunity to exchange knowledge with young talents and experts in the industry, thereby developing themselves and expanding their relationships. At the end of the program, the most outstanding students will receive scholarships and awards worth up to 65 million VND, become official employees of the company, and have the opportunity to work in the 11 markets where Viettel invests.
Starting in 2021, Viettel Digital Talent is an annual internship program that plays an important role in enhancing the quality of human resources for the Vietnamese information technology industry and contributing to the country’s digital transformation.
