Phuoc Vinh Tay New Urban Area is located in Phuoc Vinh Tay commune, Can Giuoc district, Long An province. This is a beautiful area with 3 sides facing the river, about 25 km from the center of Ho Chi Minh City.

Phuoc Vinh Tay Urban Area has a route of Belt Road 4 passing through, connecting Hiệp Phuoc Port (HCMC) with provinces and cities in the Mekong Delta.

The project is surrounded by Can Giuoc River and Rach Van River. In the photo is Thu Bo Bridge crossing Can Giuoc River with a budget of VND 81 billion, started in 2001. This is 1 of 3 bridges connecting to Phuoc Vinh Tay Urban Area.

In addition, this urban area is also connected to the surrounding area by 2 other bridges, Can Giuoc Bridge and Rach Van Bridge. In the photo is Can Giuoc Bridge, which was inaugurated in the middle of 2023. The project has a total bridge length of 417 m, a global width of 8 m, a total road length of 184 m, with a total investment of VND 150 billion.

With a convenient location, close to many roads and large bridges, but the population density here is still quite sparse.

Most of the land in this area is used for farming, ponds, and lakes. Therefore, people here make a living by fishing, shrimp farming, agriculture, and fishing service business…

Going deep into Phuoc Vinh Tay commune, it is not difficult to see the image of a straw house, a leaf wall like this. According to surveys on real estate selling websites, the land price here is fluctuating around VND 15-35 million per m2.

The main road running through Phuoc Vinh Tay commune is currently quite small and narrow, just enough for 2 cars to pass each other.

The New Urban Area project of Phuoc Vinh Tay has more than 7,000 attached houses, nearly 8,200 villas, about 13,500 social housing apartments, and nearly 2,400 low-rise resettlement houses, built on a total area of over 1,089 hectares, serving nearly 90,000 people.

The total implementation cost of the project is over VND 80,000 billion, the cost of land clearance is nearly VND 10,700 billion, equivalent to over USD 3.7 billion.

This capital amount is many times higher than Vinhomes Central Park project (nearly USD 1.5 billion) and Vinhomes Grand Park project (nearly USD 1 billion) – the iconic projects of Vinhomes in HCMC.

The project implementation progress is 7 years, from the date of approval of the investor. During this time, Vinhomes is still implementing projects in Hanoi, HCMC, Hung Yen, Quang Ninh, Thanh Hoa, Ha Tinh…

If approved, this will be the second largest real estate project of Vinhomes, after Vinhomes Ocean Park urban area in Gia Lam, Hanoi.
