Auction for 35,000m2 Land Lease in Tay Ho

The Quang An Ward People’s Committee (Tay Ho District, Hanoi) is selecting an auction organization to lease more than 35,000m2 of land for lotus cultivation, with a starting price of only 8,820 VND/m2/year. Illustrative image.

The Quang An Ward People’s Committee has just issued Announcement No. 22/TB-UBND, regarding the selection of an auction organization for leasing land use rights for agricultural production purposes on the land plot at Dao Dong pond, neighborhood 7, Quang An Ward (Tay Ho District, Hanoi).

Accordingly, the land plot covers an area of 35,321m2, with the purpose of growing lotus flowers and developing traditional trades. The land plot will be leased by the state with an annual rent payment, and the land lease term is 3 years from the date of approval of the auction results.

The starting price for leasing this land plot is 8,820 VND/m2/year. Therefore, the total starting price for the land plot is about 311.5 million VND/year.

Organizations participating in the auction can submit their application at the Quang An Ward People’s Committee, located at No. 8, Alley 31 Xuan Dieu, Tay Ho District, Hanoi, through the Accounting Department. The submission period is from 8:00 AM on February 28, 2024, to 5:00 PM on March 1, 2024.

Prior to this, on February 20, 2024, the Tay Ho District People’s Committee issued Decision No. 179/QD-UBND, approving the auction plan for leasing land use rights for agricultural production purposes, specifically traditional lotus cultivation in Quang An Ward. On the same day, the Tay Ho District People’s Committee issued Decision No. 178/QD-UBND regarding the auction for leasing the aforementioned land plot.

By February 26, 2024, the Tay Ho District People’s Committee had issued Decision No. 200/QD-UBND, approving the adjustment coefficient for adjusting land prices as the basis for determining the starting price for the land use rights auction.
