With a total length of 519km, The 500kV circuit 3 project Quang Trach – Pho Noi passes through 9 provinces from the North to the Central region. With a total investment of over 22,000 billion VND, when operational, the project will play an important role in enhancing the transmission capacity of the 500kV North-Central power grid, contributing to ensuring safe and stable electricity supply for the Northern region.
In Nghe An, the construction of the project is being carried out urgently and actively. Contractors and workers are making efforts to closely follow the progress and work day and night with the spirit of “3 shifts, 4 teams, overcoming sun and rain”.
Mr. Le Cong Van – Technical officer of PC1 Corporation said that they are implementing the set goals and the guidance of the Prime Minister. Currently, the workers are simultaneously constructing on the pile positions.

We worked through Tet holiday without taking a break. In order to ensure the construction progress, as instructed, this power line will be put into operation on June 30, we are ready to devote ourselves and put our soul into the power line ”, Mr. Van emphasized.
Mr. Le Hong Vinh – Vice Chairman of Nghe An People’s Committee affirmed: ” Nghe An is committed to completing the project on schedule. Up to February 29, the province has handed over 202 pile positions along a length of 99.8km, completing more than 90% of the counting, measuring tasks to handover power grid corridors according to the handover schedule of March 30 “.
