3 major players creating the Mori Onsen hot spring complex 14km from Hoan Kiem lake

Located in the east of Hanoi, 14km from Hoan Kiem lake, the Mori Onsen hot spring complex is situated on the 3rd and 4th floors of the Landmark building, Swanlake Residences, in Ecopark, the green city. Mori Onsen is built and operated according to strict standards, following the authentic Japanese onsen style.

To develop the hot spring complex within the Landmark project, Swanlake Residences, Ecopark – Nomura joint venture has chosen to collaborate with leading partners from the land of the rising sun, with a long history of deploying thousands of iconic projects worldwide. By partnering with Ecopark, Nomura (established in 1925 in Japan) fulfills 3 principles: only developing projects in livable metropolises; partnering with large, reputable, and renowned investors; developing iconic product lines.

Directly designing and overseeing the construction of the Landmark project as well as the Japanese garden, the Mori Onsen hot spring complex is created by the Nikken Group (established in 1900 in Tokyo, Japan). Nikken is the author of nearly 2,000 iconic works in 186 countries, including 3 of the world’s tallest towers, notably the Tokyo Tower, which stands over 600 meters tall. The group also brings renowned Japanese garden artists, with most customers being politicians and famous figures in Japan, to Ecopark for work.

Meanwhile, the Raymond Group has completed the task of creating 3 mineral hot spring streams that are equivalent in quality to the best hot springs in Hakone, Japan at Mori Onsen. Raymond is also one of the world’s top 3 hot spring design groups with nearly 100 years of history and experience in consulting for over 600 hot spring complexes in 67 countries.

3 types of mineral salts imported directly from Japan

According to representatives of the Ecopark-Nomura joint venture, the 3 hot spring streams at Mori Onsen use 3 types of mineral salts imported directly from Japan. These mineral salts possess different mineral compositions, concentrations, mineral substances, pH levels, temperatures, and therapeutic effects that are beneficial to health.

Soda hot spring bath

The first hot spring stream is the milky white soda water located on the 3rd floor, primarily composed of baking soda. This mineral water has an alkaline property and contains many effervescent salts that soften the skin surface, while also washing away sebum on the skin, leaving it refreshed after bathing. In Japan, this type of hot spring can be found in famous hot spring areas such as Nyuto in Akita and Ureshino in Saga.

Alkaline hot spring bath

The second hot spring stream is the colorless alkaline water, rich in minerals such as Sodium, Calcium, Potassium. This type of hot spring water is also known as “Bijin-no-yu,” meaning the hot spring for beauties due to its cosmetic effects. When the skin comes into contact with the alkaline onsen water, bathers immediately feel their skin become as silky smooth as silk. Alkaline hot spring water is believed to have the ability to exfoliate dead skin cells, remove oils, dirt, and restore a youthful, smooth complexion. In Japan, there are several famous alkaline hot springs such as Yufuin in Oita and Dogo in Ehime.

The third hot spring stream is the Chloride hot spring water, located on the 3rd floor of the building. This type of hot spring water contains a high concentration of salts. This active ingredient is believed to enhance the effects of hot spring bathing, promote blood circulation, soften hardened arteries, regulate blood pressure, provide good body warmth, and make the water difficult to cool down. In Japan, there are many chloride hot springs in famous hot spring areas such as Atami in Shizuoka and Wakura in Ishikawa.

According to the project’s investor representatives, Mori Onsen features 15 mineral bathing pools, including waterfall baths, soaking baths, bubbling baths, cold water baths, hot water baths, foot baths, etc., with diverse health care functions. The bathing pools at Mori Onsen are equipped with a continuous circulation filtration system to remove harmful impurities from the water and ensure water quality even when many residents and customers use it simultaneously.

Aside from hot spring bathing, Mori Onsen also offers spa services, hot and cold saunas, snow saunas, volcanic stone saunas, etc. The hot spring complex in the heart of a city with 1 million trees is suitable for all ages and family generations. Mori Onsen’s culinary area also serves a variety of delicious dishes from the land of the rising sun for customers to enjoy a comprehensive therapeutic and health care experience.
