BCG’s Business Plan for 2024:

For 2024, BCG aims for consolidated net revenue of VND 6,102.5 billion and net profit of VND 951.7 billion, representing an increase of over 151% and 556%, respectively, compared to 2023.

The company’s management believes that the core business areas of renewable energy and real estate will present numerous opportunities, driving growth and enabling the achievement of business targets.

Renewable Energy:

Managed by the subsidiary BCG Energy, the offshore wind power sector is receiving significant attention from the government, which is promoting investment and establishing supportive policies. In addition to wind and solar power, waste-to-energy is an attractive investment area due to its environmental benefits and potential to increase the electricity supply.

The recently approved Plan for Implementing the National Power Development Plan for 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050 (Electricity Plan VIII), has officially included BCG Energy’s eight onshore and nearshore wind power projects with a total capacity of 925 MW in various locations across the country, including Ca Mau, Soc Trang, and Tra Vinh.

BCG’s management has announced that they are working diligently to develop 550 MW of onshore and offshore wind power, including projects such as Dong Thanh 1 (80 MW), Dong Thanh 2 (120 MW), and Khai Long 1 (100 MW), aiming for commercial operation (COD) by next year.

Real Estate:

Handled by the subsidiary BCG Land (BCR – UPCoM), the group will focus on completing ongoing projects such as Malibu Hoi An, Hoian d’Or, and King Crown Infinity. Simultaneously, the company will expedite the legal completion of other projects to enable construction once the market shows signs of recovery.

This year, BCG Land plans to deliver all products in the Malibu Hoi An project and the shophouses in the Hoian d’Or project. This is expected to generate VND 2,190 billion in revenue and over VND 424 billion in net profit for BCG Land.
