The 120km-long coastal route of Ha Tinh stretches from Cua Hoi Bridge (Nghi Xuan District) to the junction with National Highway 12C in Vung Ang Port (Ky Anh Town). The project traverses six districts of Ha Tinh, including Nghi Xuan, Loc Ha, Thach Ha, Cam Xuyen, Ky Anh, and Ky Anh Town.

The route serves as a bridge, enabling tourists to visit fishing villages and beaches situated along its length. The section bordering Loc Ha and Nghi Xuan boasts fishing villages and small fish markets, where fresh seafood is always available to welcome visitors.

Along the road, one may occasionally encounter fishermen returning from their overnight fishing expeditions. And there are also the tranquil boats waiting for the rising tide to carry them towards the East Sea.
