VinFast has quickly received significant investment commitments from international organizations, which will help the company expand its global market and enhance opportunities for manufacturing and marketing electric cars internationally.
Ms. Le Thi Thu Thuy (VinFast’s Global CEO) shared at the IPO event: “We hope VinFast’s story will inspire and open up more opportunities for Vietnamese brands to enter the world.”
Sharing at Vingroup’s annual general meeting in May 2023 (3 months before VinFast was listed on the US stock exchange), Chairman Pham Nhat Vuong emphasized that Vingroup is a large and successful company. He also stressed the need for contributions to the country, contributing high-tech brands, creating influence, and attracting attention internationally.
“If we only do business to make money, it’s not smart to get into a difficult and difficult industry like this. Easy things won’t come to us. VinFast shows our social responsibility, our patriotism, and there is no intention in it,” affirmed Vingroup’s Chairman.
