The first floor is used as a parking lot, with elevators and staircases on the upper floors. All apartments have been sold to residents and put into use since 2017
Residents here said that cracks have appeared in this mini apartment for more than ten days. Accordingly, the first-floor pillars have many cracks running vertically and horizontally from the base to the ceiling
To support the building, functional forces have reinforced the deteriorating columns with an iron scaffolding system around the base of the building

Residents here said that over time, some items in the building have deteriorated, especially the columns on the lower floors for parking
Given this situation, functional forces and the investor have requested all residents of the apartment building to evacuate
So far, all residents here have been relocated from the building
Residents have to rent other houses temporarily while waiting for repairs. “I hope that the repair of the deteriorating part of the mini apartment building will be completed soon so that the residents here can return to everyday life and not have to rent houses” – a resident living on the 6th floor said.
According to Bui Huyen Mai, Secretary of the Thanh Xuan District Party Committee, after receiving information about the incident at the building, the district has instructed relevant units to inspect the damage and asked all residents to evacuate to ensure safety
“The district is monitoring the relocation process as well as the repair of the project to ensure the highest security and safety for residents” – Thanh Xuan District Party Committee Secretary announced
