Has HOSE lost connection with brokerage firms?

On the afternoon of March 6th, many investors reported difficulties in placing stock trading orders. Brokerage rooms also sent notifications regarding unstable connection to HOSE, as the HOSE system was experiencing disconnection with numerous securities companies. This situation has resulted in delayed orders on HOSE.

Investors are notified that Securities SSI indicates that the connection to HOSE is unstable and is a common problem with other securities firms, so some HOSE limit orders may not be sent to the exchange or update the status correctly. The displayed information on the board may also not be updated at the correct time.

Securities FPT (FPTS) also issued a similar notification. The FPTS system is experiencing interruptions in connecting with HOSE, investors are unable to place orders, and cannot cancel/modify orders. FPTS technical department is coordinating with HOSE to resolve this situation.

Many securities companies also sent notifications to investors about this situation. According to VPS, from 13:30, trading orders into HOSE are delayed, which may affect the placement and cancellation of orders by investors. VPS is constantly updating information from HOSE and notifying customers.
