OLAM is a leading name in agriculture and food industry, providing raw materials, animal feed and related products to customers worldwide. Established in 1989 in Nigeria, the company relocated its headquarters to London and then transferred all operations to Singapore in 1996. The largest shareholder of this enterprise is Temasek – Singapore’s government investment fund (54% stake). In addition, Mitsubishi Group of Japan is also a major shareholder of the company.

In 2020, OLAM Group carried out restructuring, dividing its operations into two main companies: Olam Food Ingredients (OFI) and Olam Global Agri (OGA).
