Surging Plastic Granule Demand Boosts Export Advantage

ICIS forecasts global plastic granule demand will increase by approximately 4.4% per year from 2023 to 2025. The majority of global plastic granule demand comes from the Chinese market, the Asia-Pacific region, and Europe. Future growth in plastic granule demand will depend largely on growth in the Chinese market and other developing Asian countries. China, the world’s largest plastic granule consumer, is the primary driver of the global plastic granule market. Developing countries in the Asia-Pacific region, including Vietnam, are likely to continue experiencing growth in plastic granule demand.
